Position: Regional Internal Controller 职位：区域内部控制 Responsibility职责 l Work independently to do field check based on deep understanding of company policy; 在理解公司各项规章制度的基础上，独立进行区域检查； l Ensure high checking quality, to identify problem, and analyze potential risk; 保证高标准的检查质量，能识别发生的问题，并分析潜在的风险； l Update the company procedure and policy according to risky point and put forward reasonable suggestions; 根据风险点更新公司程序和政策，并提出合理化建议； l Prepare checking points and relevant material for each task; 为每一个检查项目准备检查点和相关培训资料； l Hold training for each responsible task and Q&A during checking; 为负责的检查项目准备培训，在检查期间负责解答遇到的问题； l Analyze checking result and make Internal Control National/Regional/Store Report; 分析检查结果，制作全国报告、区报和店报； l Calculate performance evaluation (KPI) for each checking objective group; 为每个检查目标群组计算评估绩效报告（KPI）； l Other work assigned by National Internal Control Director. 中国区内控总监安排的其他事务。 Requirements职位需求 l Bachelor and above; 本科及以上学历； l With finance background, accounting and audit will be preferable; 拥有财务背景，会计、审计背景优先； l Good communication; 良好的理解力； l English on Listening, Written, Spoken and Reading; 英文听、说、读、写能力； l Detail and accuracy oriented with good logical and analytical skills; 注重细节和准确性，有着良好的逻辑性和分析能力； l Strong reporting writing and presentation skills; 良好的报告撰写和展示能力； l Good data analysis and processing ability and proficient in Office software; 数据分析和处理能力，熟练使用Office软件； l High integrity, willing to learn; 正直，肯学； l Able to work under pressure; 能在压力下工作； l A team player; 团队合作者； l Can be often traveling. 能够经常出差。 Work Location: Cheng Du 工作地点：成都 简历( 附登记照)发送至：Evelyn_Yangxiaoli@ , Catherine_Huanglili@ |
