Position Scope

This Recruitment Administrator/Jr. Recruitment Associate will work very closely with our Wang & Li Asia Resources’ recruitment team and top management in Shanghai to support our key internal recruitment operations and staff performance objectives to help ensure the productivity and results of our Recruitment Consultants and overall company.  This includes supporting the measurement, tracking, and some analysis of key operations and performance data that will help further improve our business operations and results. 

The right person should have the passion and motivation to be a key contributor in a high potential company.  By supporting our company’s best practices and industry-leading processes, this person will develop over time (within a 3-6 month timeframe) the skill sets and understanding of the recruitment industry that will allow him/her to move beyond this administrative role to become a Jr. Associate within our industry-leading recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

In particular, the Recruitment Administrator/Jr. Recruitment Associate will:

Ø  Directly support all administrative aspects of our Shanghai office, including the support of our Shanghai recruitment team and the execution of our company’s industry-leading business model.

Ø  Work closely with our top management to support our company’s support functions, including the finance, human resources, and operations areas

Ø  Organize key information that supports the ongoing execution of our company’s best practices and critical recruitment processes.

Ø  Manage the accumulation and tracking of data for our company’s key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the reporting and decision-making of the management team.

Ø  Conduct some analysis on our company’s case execution, projects, and service delivery.

 

Key Requirements

Ø  University degree

Ø  1-2 years work experience in a reputable company or business. Experience in a sales or customer service organization preferred. 

Ø  Strong English proficiency, both verbal and written

Ø  Strong Excel skills, and comfortable working with and organizing data/information.

Ø  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø  Fast learner, good business sense, and able to respond quickly and meet the expectations and deadlines of a busy office.

Ø  Self-motivated/self-driven, proactive, eager to learn, resourceful, enjoys work in a highly team-oriented environment.
