Role's Mission:
Serve IT's internal customers, our employees, with high-quality, secure, easy-to-use computing systems, hardware, tools, processes and training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide network and desktop support for Linux(Ubantu) Windows XP SP3 OS English & Chinese
- Install, maintain & configure computer systems for new hires and existing users (Windows and Linux Ubuntu)
- Support IT communications ( Wireless, Skype, Instant messaging) issues with users.
- Configure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, CS related major
- Familiar with Open Office , open source GNU Software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- IT management, project management and operational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage simple tasks
- Ability to supervise and manage team and support staff
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly is a plus
- Good customer service skills
- CET 4 or above
- Good oral and written communication skills
- IT certification ( A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, ITIL ) is a plus
