Economic model development Intern

 

The Economic model development Intern, based in Government Affairs Dept., is responsible for the building & validation of statistic models that will predict the economic & financialfactors & trends of Chinese market, such as GDP growth, CPI, interest rate level and etc. by using historic data and expert analysis.

 

You will gain an understanding of China macro economy trends, the understanding of Chinese financial market and auto finance industry. In 6 months internship, your manager will help you to improve your skills of building and developing statistic models to forecast macro economic trends, financial factors and help you to improve your understanding of China financial market.

 

The key development areas you will develop in your time are;

 

-In-depth understanding of China macro economy

-Good knowledge of Chinese financial market

-Understanding of China banking and auto finance industry

-Understanding of working culture of a worldwide premium car manufacturer

-Capability of dealing with challenges

-Capability of working with different nationalities

 

This opportunity will be both challenging and rewarding for those who is looking for a long term career path in financial services. We hope you:

-Major in statistics or econometrics(仅限数学、统计学、数量经济学相关专业)

-Good knowledge of statistic model building and validation

-Strong knowledge and command of statistics software as SAS, SPSS

-Good command of Excel and PowerPoint

-Good command of English speaking and writing

-Good understanding of Chinese macro economy

-Good understanding of Chinese financial market

-Dealing with challenges
