Roles and responsibilities
| 1. Execute testing related tasks to ensure an IBM product or solution fulfill client requirements and meet the business needs 2. Testing activities cover all aspects of a given product/solution, including function/component test, performance test, system test, regression test, and related services. 3. Set up test environments, design and plan testing activities, develop test cases/scenarios/use cases, and/or execute required testing 4. Investigate problems discovered during testing, reproduce those problems as appropriate and validate the fixes. Job skill requirements 1. Knowledge of Software Engineering and Testing Methodologies 2. Coding capabilities with at least one programming language, such as JAVA, C. 3. Be familiar with at least one database product, such as Oracle, DB2, be familiar with SQL language 4. Good communication skills and strong teamwork skills 5. Fluent in English writing and speaking 6.
