二、职位描述Job Description
核心工作内容 Core Job Tasks
1. 为相关领域的临床专家提供学术支持，负责支持专家在临床过程、课题研究中学术问题的解决，通过查阅大量文献，为专家提供最新、权威的相关学术信息；
Serving as a scientific resource for relevant thought leaders by responding to their research, educational, and clinical practice needs.
2. 增强自己在专业领域的学术能力，阅读及研究最新的学术信息，为该区域的市场部、销售部同事提供学术培训；
Provide scientific and medical training for sales representatives.
3. 与相关学术专家建立相互沟通、合作的友好关系，与相关部门分享客户的反馈 (例如专家基于临床经验的数据分析，对基础治疗的建议与意见，宣传片的建议等),为品牌学术战略发展做出贡献；
Proactively develop relationships with a strategic subset of relevant thought leaders.
Share feedback from customers with internal Medical, Marketing, and Sales functions (for example, thought leaders’ impression of data based on clinical experience, views of the general therapeutic area landscape, or reactions to promotional pieces) and provide input to the development of brand strategies.
4. 参与区域的专业领域学术会议，帮助演讲专家完成会议的学术准备，参与学术讨论及回答医学相关问题。
Accept invitations to speak at scientific/medical meetings (including smaller educational meetings such as institutional seminars and grand rounds) as recognized experts in their field.
Attend Scientific Advisory Board Meetings to engage in scientific discussion and respond to medical inquiries.
Provide scientific information to external speakers per their request.
职位要求 Job Requirement
1. 临床医学与医学技术专业，硕士及以上学历，有临床见习或临床工作经验,（内分泌、中枢神经、肿瘤学、骨科等专业优先考虑）
Candidates for the MSL role must possess a level of formal education and experience in clinical discipline that will enable them to be received as scientifically credible peers by clinical experts (Medical degree is a must, PhD /MD/M.S/. degree in the specific therapeutic area.
2. 乐于与人沟通，对学术工作充满热情，积极主动，良好的团队协作性，独立自觉
Good communication skill and presentation skill.
3. 优秀的专业英语读写能力
Good medical and scientific writing skills in both Chinese and English.
