Next Digital招收2014年各岗位应届毕业生，可以从实习做起毕业转正。

Web 前端开发工程师

- 对JAVA技术有一定了解，比如JSP/JSTL和EL（其他后端开发语言也可）。
- 手写符合W3C标准的(X)HTML和CSS代码，熟悉DIV+CSS。
- 熟练使用JavaScript，并熟悉JavaScript library，比如jQuery。同时对AJAX有一定了解。
- 具有CMS开发经验。
- 熟悉设计类相关软件，比如Photoshop或Fireworks。
- 熟悉HTML跨浏览器表现问题 (IE6, IE7, IE8, FireFox, Safari)。
- 具有较强的学习能力，良好的沟通能力，高工作效率，如对项目协调有一定经验更佳。
- 良好的英语听说读写能力。
- 注重细节以及优秀的问题解决能力。

- Analyse the web requirements initialized from clients
- maintain and organize the web content assets
- Resize and re-touch content images
- setup and update website using content management system
- work with global support team to push site live
- co-operate with Australia team in site migration and launch event
- draft publishing report to the manager

网站设计

1， 参与并制定产品创意。
2，根据创意思路和营销概念独立完成个案，充分理解创意意图并准确体现于创意设计中；
3，其他相关美术设计方面的工作。

网站测试

- Well versed with the complete software development lifecycle and Software Testing Life Cycle

- Good in Testing Concepts (SDLC, STLC, Testing Techniques, Types and Levels of Testing, Defect Lifecycle, Traceability Matrix)

- Professional experience in CMS testing and automation development

- Professional experience on Web application/GUI testing with test execution and defect reporting

- Good knowledge of software development life cycle and testing process

- Knowledge of Automation Testing tool Rational Functional Test is a plus

- Good documentation skill is a plus
