Recruiting Specialist - 1人

 

Key Accountabilities:

1. Support the recruiting function in International Paper Asia;

2. Be responsible for the recruiting process, including understand hiring department needs, advise proper recruiting channel, post advertisement, screen CVs, conduct telephone interview/ face to face interview, follow-up offering process, etc;

3. Support new employee onboard process, including reference check, pre-employment body check, etc;

4. Recruiting budget control;

5. Prepare new employee onboard announcement;

6. Support internal job application, internal transfer and rehire process;

7. Provide extensive data analysis to improve recruitment efficiency;

8. Cooperate with HRBP closely to understand business needs and improve customer satisfaction;

9. Maintain HR system, and prepare report regularly;

10. Support yearly campus recruiting and other recruiting program;

11. Develop and maintain recruiting channels;

12. Ensure all staffing programs are in compliance with labor law and International Paper policy.

 

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management;

2. Relevant working experience or staffing projects experience is a plus;

3. Good discipline, customer oriented, responsible, team oriented, a goal achiever & problem solver, could work under pressure;

4. Excellent communication skills;

5. Able to adapt to short-term business trip;

6. Fluent in English.
