岗位要求：

Cargo intern (Guangzhou, Baiyun Airport)

Air France was founded in 1933 and merged with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in 2004 to form the Air France KLM Group.

The Air France KLM Group is a world leading airline group and a leader in Air Transport, serves 243 destinations in 103 countries worldwide.

In the region, we operate 77 weekly flights from the following cities: Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, Wuhan and Xiamen to Amsterdam and Paris.

We are recruiting an intern in Cargo department to assist CSO (Customer Service Officer) related activities.

Responsibilities of the intern include:

Data input (AF & KLM system)

Create shipment booking (AF & KLM system)

Mark down inquiries from customers and pass to Sales/CSO

Follow up irregularity shipment such as air waybill data amendment

Screen and dispatch telex

Follow up no show/go show shipment after flight departure

Call customers for bookings and make initial flight plan

Tracing for export and import cargo as per request from customers

Assist Cargo team wherever necessary

Requirements:

Currently studying the 3rd year of Bachelor’s degree

Computer literate

Language requirements:

native Mandarin speaker

Proficient in both written and oral English

Competencies: Good planning and organization skills, sales & customer service orientated, attentive to details.

Duration and Location:

Internship duration: 7 months (working time : 8 hours per day, 4 days per week)

Salary 50 RMB transportation allowance per day

Starting date: 1 April 2014

Location: Guangzhou, Baiyun Airport
