With the rapid development of our Talent Management (Management Consulting) Business in China, we are hiring the most talented professionals to join our team.
In this newly created role reporting to the Practice Leader of Talent Management in Beijing, we have an opportunity for a young dynamic talent who is excited by the prospect of working within a significant and successful market leader. As a Management Consulting Intern, you will fully support the delivery of Hudson Talent Management consulting solution and ranging from psychometric assessments to full scale assessment centres.
You will support Practice Leader on proposal drafting, document translation, solution delivery, client visits and also will be the key contactor for on-going and new client talent management projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Master degree (or above) in psychology, HR or Business. You will be comfortable interacting with clients of all levels in a demanding environment.
The ideal candidate will be highly presentable, self-motivated, mature, a team player with good communication skill and a quick learner.
It is essential that you have excellent bilingual language skills (English / Chinese), both written and verbal. Please ensure your application is submitted in English.
