Sales Admin Intern (销售部行政实习生)
Provide Admin support for China Fabric Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team on daily routine work
- Update sales forecast and provide accurate analysis
- Handle sales orders
- Follow up product's delivery and payment
- Collect information for regular project
- Attend Fabric team meeting on a weekly basis
Coordinate with internal functional department
Involved in project phases, especially in Biding proposal
Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
University student, graduate in 2015/2016 would be preferred
Good data analysis skill, sensitive on numbers and amounts of data and information
Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
Strong sense of responsibility and team-work spirit
Be committed to tasks and complete tasks with a careful follow up
Good English reading and writing skills
Good computer skills, such as PPT, Excel.
Can work 3 days per week, 5-6 months
