JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: EHSIntern
JobResponsibilities:
?Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory andcompany EH&S rules and requirements, support any of EH&S activities asrequired.
?Comply with UTC’s “Code of Ethics” and related policies, take allsteps necessary to foster open communications and to support UTC’s compliance,business practices, DIALOG, and Ombudsman programs.
?Chemical MSDS link developing (process linked to applicable chemical property)
?Collect the chemical usageinformation to calculate air emission estimated that are not controlled bystack/ducts.
?Translate UTAS EHS instructions without Chinese version.
?Submit and take back documents that are required by localagency (GASCH environment acceptance& WWTP innovation environment impact re-assessment)
?Collect and Enter the existing information for hazardous waste off-site disposal to createelectric version records
?Prepare the sheet for transporting hazardous waste offsite disposaland monitor & coordinate onsite when transport
?New EHS instructions publication relevant paper work( format&typing& wording)
?Tracking the status of PR issued by EHS
?Reorganize EHS documents on share folder and keep up to date in order
?List out PPE matrix for each work station GATT&GASCH
?Deliver face to face EHS simple introduction (30 mins)to newemployees on his/her onboarding day
?Track and maintain EHS labels and make daily inspection of hazardouswaste stores
EmploymentRequirements:
?Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering area.
?Good sense of ownership and responsibilities
?Good communications skills
?Minimum 4 days every week work on-site.
?Good English skills is a plus.
