Responsibility:
Research of tax/business regulations by computer database/internet/phone enquiry/visit; Drafting memo for advisory report; Calculation of tax liabilities; Travel to government bodies for filing/application/registration/submission/negotiation/enquiry
inside and outside Shanghai; preparation of documents for internal file/government filing; work at client site on as needed basis; need to work overtime if there is deadline to meet
Requirement:
Personality: Clever, careful, hard working, responsible, quick to learn, high EQ
Hard skill: Fluent English in writing and speaking; basic accounting or law knowledge; minimum Bachelor Degree.
