Industrial Design Associates International is a rapidly expanding Building Services Consultancy with offices in London, Moscow, Kiev, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Bangalore, Singapore and Shanghai.  As part of our expansion plans in the Asia Pacific region we are looking to employ staff to work out of a new Shanghai office focusing on projects in China.

BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER (Ref: BS-SH-001)

The successful candidate will be expected to work within a team to provide a range of consultancy services including design and testing and commissioning management for Electrical Services.
IDA has a good reputation working across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with data centre facilities for the banking sector would be a distinct advantage.

 

An exciting opportunity to join a growing international consultancy and work towards a senior status.
REQUIREMENTS:

 

·         Degree Holder in Electrical or Building Services Engineering

·         Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in the design of Electrical Building Services

·         Work experience with generators, UPS, lighting design etc.

·         Good written and spoken English skills.

·         Candidate will be competent in performing technical calculations and communicating effectively with project team members in a professional manner.

·         Be able to travel occasionally

·         Immediately available / short notice is preferred

职位描述：

•  与团队合作，负责有关暖通工程、给排水工程、电气工程、消防、智能化工程方面的顾问服务，包括设计，测试和调试电气服务管理。

 

任职资格：

•  本科及以上学历，机电类相关专业；

 

•  有两年以上建筑电气设备设计的工作经验；

 

•  具有发电机，UPS，照明设计等相关工作经验；

 

•  良好的英语书面及口语能力；

 

•  具备独立进行技术计算的能力，并能以专业的方式与项目团队成员进行有效的沟通；

•  可以接受偶尔出差；

•  能即时到岗者优先。

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (Ref: E-001)

 

Our Shanghai office is seeking a senior level engineer with at least 5 years experience with an engineering consultancy experience. The successful candidate will be expected to have strong technical proficiency to undertake electrical services design, project management skills to oversee the testing and commissioning of building services and lead a team of junior engineers.

Relevant experience with data center facilities or projects in the financial services sector would be a distinct advantage.
REQUIREMENTS:

 

·         Degree Holder in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

·         Minimum 5 years post graduate experience in the design of Electrical Building Services.

·         Good work experience with Electrical distribution system, generator, UPS & STS equipment.

·         Experience in leading a design team.

·         Provide coaching to junior engineers.

·         Winning work through repeat business and developing relationships with new clients.

·         Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

 

The successful candidate will become a senior member of the IDA International team and will be participating in business development activities for our Shanghai office.

上海办事处正在招募具有5年以上工程顾问经验的高级工程师。该职位需要申请人具有很强的技术能力以进行电气设计，项目管理技能以监督测试和调试建筑装备及带领一个由初级工程师组成的团队。

因此，对银行业的数据中心设施有相关经验者优先。

 

任职资格：

• 本科及以上学历，电气工程或建筑服务工程类相关专业；

• 有 5年以上从事建筑电气设计的工作经验；

• 已获得或即将获得IEE / CIBSE证书；

• 对配电系统，发电机，UPS和STS设备有丰富的工作经验；

• 具备领导和管理一个设计团队的经验；

• 能为初级工程师提供指导意见；

• 项目的财务管理，包括费用建议书和发票；

• 有能力通过对公司业务的介绍和发展新的客户关系来赢得项目；

• 精通英语和普通话，有良好的听说读写能力。
