招聘人数：1人 Job Requirements: Understanding of real estate markets; Undergraduate or postgraduate in final year with major in real estate or statistics or relevant subjects is preferred; Gained proficiencies in the use of sophisticated proprietary databases and ensure quality market data; Enhanced analytical skills; Ability to do both qualitative and quantitative research and analysis; Ability to work independently on assigned projects; Proficiency in desktop skill including internet, MS Offices etc; Good command in English; Main Responsibilities: Collect and consolidate information for office, retail and investment sectors; Maintain and update internal database of market information (supply, vacancy rates, rents, details of transactions, contacts of properties, macro-economic indicators, etc.); Generate fieldwork to collect market data; Update and monitor future supply; Draft research publications including market reports, standard slides etc within the deadline on regular base; Keep good contact and relationship with property developers and landlords; Work closely with the co-worker of Agency team for accurate data collection; Track economic indicators, real estate indicators, laws and regulations related to real estate; Cooperate with project leaders to finish special reports and client reports, etc; other assignments. |
