1，职位描述：
爱森（SNF）公司北京办事处，目前包括总监在内有职员12名，目前急需招贤纳士，所要职位描述如下：
◆办事处秘书兼任前台。工作内容包括：负责办公室运转日常事务，接收电话，收发传真，电子邮件，收发快递，迎接招待客户，负责出差在外销售员的后勤保障工作，及和工厂的商务联系。

2，学历及专业要求：
本科及以上学历（应届或者往届毕业生均可）。
英语六级水平（能够进行日常口语交流及阅读书写邮件）。
文理工科专业不限。
要求形象气质佳。

3，人数：
1名（一名女生。）

4，工作地点：
办公室在北京。
不需要出差，上班时间为早9点至晚6点，双休日休息。

5，薪金及待遇：
6个月的试用期内为4000元每月，转正之后4500元每月，一年之后视工作表现每年逐步加薪。
含五险一金（北京地区标准）。
如有必要的出差，全额报销差旅费。
不解决北京户口，不提供住宿。
