Roles and Responsibilities
- Research regulatory developing trends in Greater China in terms of industrial, financial, monetary, and credit policy through obtaining information on regulatory policy decisions provided by legal departments, trade publications, and direct participation in agency proceedings.
- Analyze and understand the effects of proposed and implemented policy/ legislation/regulation on financial, economic, tax, trade & tariff issues in Greater China
- Develop macro point of view focusing on Greater China (emphasis on China). Collaborate / share knowledge with other SBD resources, combining internal and external information
- Develop point of view on TIC industry trends, currency and inflation issues. Understand and communicate these relative to business / industry implications
- Formulate recommendations to address macro Greater China questions relative to developed knowledge systems
- Develop ongoing communication tools to both educate and inform business leaders
Education & Experience & Skills Required
- BA/BS degree in Economics/Business Management/Engineering/Journalism or related field from Top China Universities
- Ability to apply logical thinking to analyze markets, draw conclusions, and make actionable recomme
