主要职责 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    绘图/ Drafting (40%)

- 自营店及分销商店铺的开店, 翻新及移位工程, 展会及订货会场地图纸

- Self-owned and distributors’ shops or counters (openings, renovations, relocations), venues of exhibition and buying sessions

- 所有2D和3D绘图: 平面图, 电路图, 施工图(立面, 剖面等)

- Execute all 2D and 3D drawings: floor plans, electricity plans, fitting out drawings (elevations, sections…)

2. 店面设计/ Store Design (20%)

- 参与新店铺形象的创作

- Take part in creation of new store designs

- 更新或修改原始店铺形象: 五金件, 家具, 灯光, 材料

- Update or revise original store designs: fixture, furniture, lighting, materials

- 制作/修改店铺设计指引

- Create/amend store design guidelines books

 

2.    视觉营销/ Visual Merchandising (10%)

- 视觉营销配件: POP柜, 衣架, 假人, LOGO架, 花型摆设

- VM accessories: POP frames, hangers, mannequins, logo stands, flower pots …

- 2D和3D绘图

- Execute 2D and 3D drawings

- 橱窗和店铺陈列

- Windows & shops displays

- 2D和3D图纸绘制, 陈列道具样板搜集, 安装跟进以及制作安装指引

- Execute 2D and 3D drawings, source props samples, handle installation and prepare installation guidelines

 

3.    工程项目协调/ Project Management (30%)

视乎部分工作量而定

Depending on the workload of the department

-协作开发新供应商

- Assist in sourcing new suppliers and contractors

- 协助搜集样板

- Assist in collecting material samples for sample boards

-国内店铺现场测量

- Site visits to China to check POS measurements

职位要求  POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1.     教育背景与专业Required Education Background & Specialty：

大专或以上学历，室内设计/工程/艺术专业/

College degree or above, majored in interior design/ indoor space design/ decoration design/ space planning or construction plan.

2.     工作经验年限Years of Working Experience：

1-2年工作经验/ 1-2 years working experience；

优秀应届毕业生亦可/ Excellent graduates is OK

3.     语言能力Language Skills：

国语：优秀的听、说、写能力 

Mandarin：Excellent listening, speaking and writing skills

英语：良好的听、说、写能力 

English：Good listening and speaking skills

4.     电脑技能Computer Skills ：

熟练操作AUTOCAD, 3D MAX MS Office, Illustrator, Photoshop 等软件

Proficient in AUTOCAD, 3D MAX; MS Office, Illustrator, Photoshop.

5.     综合素质（例如沟通交流能力、计划能力、团队精神等）Integrated Ability (such as the ability of communication, planning, team spirit, etc.)：

1）主动, 可靠,有责任心/ Sens of initiative, serious, responsive and reliable.

2）良好的沟通能力/Good communication skills.

3）态度积极, 具团队精神/Good team player, positive attitude, even-tempered, outgoing, hard working.

6.     专业经验及工作技能professional experience & working skills
