Reports to: Team Leader Travel Consultant
PURPOSE OF POSITION / 简单描述该职位主要任务:
- Handling customer incoming enquiries, bookings, long stays, etc.
- Follow up standard operation target.
- Collect information and report about daily operation as requested,
- Communication with Superiors & Management
- Following tasks assigned by Superiors / Management
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / 主要职责:
1. Independently handling incoming enquiries, bookings, cancellations etc.
2. Handling customers' complaints.
3. Achieving defined targets with quality and quantity.
4. Following defined procedures (SOP) in the call centre.
5. Taking on additional tasks assigned by Superiors / Management.
6. Collecting requested information from customer side if necessary.
7. Reporting to Superiors & Management the daily operation weekly.
8. Participating in Customer Service training courses (every 6 months, the training period will be at least one month).

职位描述：
Position Title: HRS Travel Consultant - 差旅顾问 (呼叫中心客服)
Department: Customer Service
Business Hotel Reservation Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Location: Shanghai, China
Reports to: Team Leader Travel Consultant
PURPOSE OF POSITION / 简单描述该职位主要任务:
As a Travel Consultant, you will be working 40 hours per week in different shifts and will be responsible for handling pre- and post-booking (hotel reservations) inquiries.
You are also an intermediary between customers and the hotel.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / 主要职责:
1. Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax;
2. Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations;
3. Outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests;
4. Liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints;
5. Achieving defined targets with quality and quantity.
6. Following defined procedures (SOP) in the call centre and actively contributing to improving the procedures at the call centre.
7. Taking on additional tasks assigned by Superiors / Management
8. Participation in Customer Service training courses.
