Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
- Safety system supporting
- Fully understand our production process and setting in BDM/FAB/Plank line
- Cooperate with QA Supervisor to monitor and solve quality issue related to special/plank production
- Owner of Waste Water Treatment Plant process
- Manage plant chemical system related MSDS, handling, storage, waste removal; safety training and follow-up to ensure all relevant regulations and safety requirements are met.
- Submit necessary documents required by local EPB government agencies
- Introduce new test methodology required by operation from quality/performance standpoint;
- Maintain and promote good housekeeping in and around the Lab.
- Control the butyric acid level by weekly test and adjusting biocide dosage correspondingly.
- Conduct treatment plant water, sanitary sewage, storm water test respectively, and take actions according to the test results.
- Cost control/saving on WWTP operation
- Manage chemicals usage/inventory of chemicals relating to WWTP, they are Sodium Hypochlorite, Urea, Phosphate, flocculant, biocide, alkali, deformer.
- Accompany EPB/other Environment Lab to do sampling/inspection/testing on WWTP, sanitary sewage, storm water, air emission.
- Manage the boiler water test including the relevant operator training, test results audit and follow up.
- Following up test result of soft water for LPG Gasification Stove/NG Boiler.
- Conduct skeletal density test

- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Environment Engineering or related area

- 通过每周的测试来控制丁酸的水平并对生物杀灭剂用量作出相应的调整。
- 负责进行工厂用水、生活污水、雨水的检验测试，并根据测试结果采取相应的行动。
- 控制成本/污水处理厂营运成本的节约。
- 对污水处理厂所需的化学品用量和库存进行管理，包括次氯酸钠，尿素，磷酸盐，凝聚剂，杀生剂，碱，测试剂。
- 协同环保局/其他实验室进行污水处理厂、生活污水、雨水、空气污染物排放的取样、检验、和测试工作。
- 负责废热锅炉系统（锅炉水和软水）的测试，包括相关操作人员的培训，测试结果核查和跟进。
- 负责对液化气气化炉/燃气锅炉的软水质量测试结果跟进。
- 负责进行骨架密度测试
