Title:HR Intern

 

Work Location: Shanghai, Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Onsite support for HR administrative affairs

2. Send out interview & meeting invitation

3. Meeting room booking & set up

4. HR related material preparation and report generating

5. Assist team on other assigned tasks

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Bachelor degree or above, prefer junior grade students

2. Good written & spoken English

3. Willing to learn; Proactive, Good communication

4. Strong word, Excel and Power Point skills

5. At least 2 days/week and long t-term internship is preferred
