Intern Analyst at Emerging Asia Group (Shanghai Office)

The role of the intern Analyst in our Shanghai office may involve client projects as well as business development activities. Regarding client-related project work, the Intern Analyst's role may involve:

- conducting business research using a variety of the methods such as online sources, phone interviews, and face

to face interviews (depending on language abilities)

- writing up research notes and conduct further analysis, triangulation of information

- creating detailed reports in Word or PowerPoint

- creating Executive Summary presentations

- conducting financial analysis and build models in Excel

- editing / proofing documents produced by other members of the team who are not fluent English speakers

- managing data on our internal and external websites

The Intern Analyst may also have an opportunity to work closely with the company's president, VPs, and business development team to assist in a variety of tasks and initiatives such as:

- identifying potential clients and how we can assist them

- preparing briefing documents related to particular companies and overall industries

- creating company pitch-books and marketing material

- helping to manage our CRM system, website(s), and social media platforms

- working on promotional activities surrounding the launch of new products and services
