Job Responsibilities
We are seeking for a well presented, proactive and efficient front line Receptionist to join our highly successful and professional team.
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front office, delivering outstanding customer service to external and internal clients, meeting room management, planning and organizing functions and catering, building maintenance and coordination and a range of administrative duties.
Job requirements
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate exceptional standards in customer service and the willingness to go that one step further in performing the role. Your planning and organizing skills will be one of your strengths and this will be supported by your knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. As you will be liaising with associates and clients across the globe as part of your daily duties, strong communication skills in English and Chinese are required, both verbally and in written. At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the MNC environment is preferred.
