1. Engineering Project development, follow up and execution.
2. Provides disciplined project leadership across multiple stages of innovation for new product, process, cost reduction and capacity improvement initiatives.
3. Recommends innovative solutions to long term performance issues, promote the use of new technologies and process.

1. Bachelor or above degree majored in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or related area.
