Hiring Dept: Headquarter Optics
Position: Network Management Technical Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
1. On site technical support and customer service on Network Management systems on Optics Transmission networks.
2. Backend technical analysis and simulation test in Lab.
3. Set up the technical solution and make decision on the technical areas.
4. New feature test and verification, and new product introduction with support from high level technical support team and R&D.
5. Issue documentation on the Product user guide, technical alert and some technical operation procedure, etc.
6. Support sales on the product and technical solution, and some bidding activities related, etc.
Candidate Requirements：
1. BS degreee and above.
2. Major in Computer science,Software,Telecommunication, etc.
3. Fluent English on speaking and writing.
4. Healthy, open and good team work.
5. Good operation on Microsoft Office tools.
