Job Description
System Engineer, Shanghai, HPS, HTSC
Responsibility:
- Contribute to industry control system hardware and software development by customer requirements analysis and use case assessment.
- Performs technical planning, system integration, design verification, cost and risk assessment, and effective analysis for the whole system.
- Analyzes at all stages of development from concept, detail design, fabrication, test, installation, operation to maintenance.
- Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total system solution that identify technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail business studies, requirements allocation and interface definition to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Oversee and contribute to the work related with Verification of the design meets the DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability) guidelines and achieves the cost and reliability targets.
- Provide technical consultation to commercial team and customers.
Qualification:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronic, automation etc. with 5+ years work experience in industry control, e.g. DCS, PLC, RTU, SCADA, etc.
- Good English communication (speaking and writing) skill
- Interested in working in fast paced, global business environment
- Able to work and travel in global collaborating environment with intensive challenges.
- Knowledge of chemical, Oil& Gas or refinery would be a plus
