Responsibilities】 |

1.Answer and transfer phone calls, take message when necessary. | |
2.Handle in-out express, packages and keep the records. | |
3. Deal with guests and visits | |
4. Book flight/train tickets and hotels, assist in applying Visa with suppliers; | |
5. Manage company stationary; | |
6. Support to manage the service of cleaner in order to provide safe, tidy and clean working environment; | |
7. Assist on other related office administration affairs; | |
8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor; | |
【Your Requirements】 | |
1.Fluent in Mandarin always with warm smile; | |
2. Good in reception knowledge and experience, flexible, willing to help, and able to deal with emergencies; | |
3.Careful, precise, conscientious | |
4.Can use English to transfer phone calls and welcome guests, french is a plus; | |
5. Willing to participate all kinds of sports; | |
