助理猎头顾问/猎头顾问

工作职责：
1、全面负责猎头项目的具体推进和执行；
2、开发及拓展客户，正确理解客户需求；
3、制定详细的寻访方案和选择寻访渠道；
4、通过面试筛选优秀的候选人，向客户提供推荐意见；
5、协调候选人与客户公司之间的面试安排，并跟进反馈；
6、与候选人进行Offer谈判。
职位要求：
1、统招全日制本科及以上学历；
2、CET4及以上，良好的英文读写能力；
3、良好的沟通表达能力和逻辑思考能力；
4、勤奋踏实、认真负责、积极主动，抗压性强，具有团队合作精神；
5、有猎头工作经验者优先。

Assistant Consultant /Consultant

Job Duties:

1. Be responsible for the development and implement of the headhunting project;

2. Develop the new clients, and understand the needs of clients accurately;

3. Work out practical search schemes and choose practical search channels;

4. Interview and identify appropriate candidates, and recommend the candidates to clients;

5. Coordinate the interview arrangements , and follow up the whole process effectively;

6. Negotiate with candidates about Offers.

Job Requests：

1. The Bachelor degree and above；

2. CET4 and above, good English reading and writing ability；

3. Good communicative skills and logical thinking ability；

4 .Diligent, conscientious and proactive; can work under pressure and have good teamwork spirit;

5. Relevant working experience is preferred.

猎头顾问助理（实习）

工作职责:

1.协助顾问完成猎头项目操作,在顾问的指导下，进行中高端职位的人才寻访和评价推荐：

2.实施顾问制定的寻访计划，通过专业渠道快速寻访候选人；

3.进行初步评估，将合适的候选人推荐给顾问；

4.了解候选人的发展需求，提供专业的职业规划指导。

职位要求：

1. 统招全日制本科及以上学历；

2.CET4及以上，良好的英文读写能力；

3.较强的沟通表达能力，勤奋踏实,突出的坚韧性、抗压性和责任心；

4.有意向在猎头领域长期发展者优先；
