Specific Knowledge/Skills :
1) Master degree in Computer Science, EE or Telecommunication
2) Strong Knowledge on .net platform & OO methodology
3) Proficient in C# programming language
4) Experience in OO programming thinking and UML practice
Is preferred
5) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team
spirit and adaptability
6) Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
7) Having one of following experience will be a plus:
· Database design e.g. SQL server
· Web Services
