Position:

一、语言类_BPO- Site Audit-Japanese/Korean speaking

Job Description:

•Use combination of scanning tools and manual page-by page audits to identify quality related issues on ww***com[点击查看]

•Coordinate with large, global team for audit timing of new pages / new products

•Triage and prioritize errors

•Assign errors identified by the audit team, as well as those reported by Dell customers and employees, to the appropriate resolution contact

•Follow up on all issues until they have been fixed

•Keep a record of completed work for tracking of resource utilization

•Prepare and distribute weekly status and trending reports

•Complete various ad hoc requests based on business needs

•Support goals of partner Dell Online Quality Management team

Qualifications:

•Currently enrolled in a 4 year university program or graduate program, in Japanese, Korean or English

•Dependable and reliable ,Quick learner ,Process driven ,Good organizational skills ,Team player

•Technical background not required, but knowledge of computer components a plus

工作内容：

根据Dell的网页标准审计Dell的全球官方网站，例如文本、图片、语法、链接等所有网页内容的检查以确保我们的客户有最优的用户体验。目前我们team主要负责的是亚太区包括大陆、中国香港、中国台湾、日本、韩国、新加坡等地的网页检查。

日语/韩语要求如下：

1. 日语一级水平，韩语五级以上，对日本或韩国文化背景和语法熟悉。

2. 英语四六级水平日常英语交流无障碍。

3. 有责任心，认真细心，能吃苦耐劳，踏实好学，有团队合作精神和自控能力。

4.无经验要求。

二、开发类_Apps- Assistant Software Development Engineer

Basic / Required Qualification:

•Strong coding skills (e.g. Java, C/C and/or other languages such as Perl, Ruby, Python)

•Solid fundamentals in Data Structure & Algorithm

•Good understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design

•Excited with opportunities to solve very complex problems and willingness to learn

•Ability to think abstractly & deal with ambiguous problems

•Willing to own all stages of development process: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and   operational support

•Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.

Qualifications:

•Currently enrolled in a 4 year university program or graduate program, in Computer Science, software engineering 

•Qualified English language skill in both written and spoken.

•Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skill.

•Can work under pressure and able to travel

•Quick learner with strong problem solving ability

•Familiar with MS Office tools

•Logic and reaction thinking.

•Good team-work spirit.

•Positive, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated.
