Fiducia is a business consulting specialist and service provider established in Hong Kong in 1982. From our three offices in Hong Kong and China, our team of over 100 professionals support international companies with business activities in Greater China.

We see internships as an entry-level position and our interns as candidates for a permanent position depending on their performance, personal suitability and availability. As an intern you will be a member of the team and fully involved in our day-to-day business. You will become familiar with China business issues and gain experience in the execution of consulting assignments, project work and client management. Your internship with us will provide you with an insight in the inner-workings of a medium-sized management consultancy service.

 

Join one of our multinational teams located in the energetic cities of Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen. We are looking for highly motivated candidates to personally and professionally grow and develop with us in the future.

 

Join our Shanghai team for a duration of 6 months as a china consulting intern.

 

Your responsibilities:

 Project Execution Support

 Conduct research (secondary as well as primary)

 Consolidate data and prepare / support analysis

 Draft and format presentations, reports & papers

 Support consultants in their daily work

 Support data research and analysis

 Support knowledge management efforts

 

Who we are looking for:

 University degree or study in the field of business administration, economics,

industrial engineering or communication science ( at least in 3rd year of study)

 Excellent communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English & Chinese,

 International work/study experience of at least half a year

 Strong analytical background

 Profound knowledge of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

 Hardworking, willing to learn, organized and creative

 Strong orientation towards zero-defect, high efficiency and on-time delivery
