岗位要求:

 

As Customer Service Specialist / Admin, you are responsible for providing commercial support to business teams and implement on various projects in daily basis. 

 

Responsibilities


·        
Responsible for Satisfaction survey project;


·        
Internal database/system help desk;


·        
Provide one-to-one internal database/system training to new joiners;


·        
Coordinate with Marketing on Newsletters campaign projects (talent report distribute; press release communication letters; internal recruitment, etc.);


·        
MRIC web inquiry handling and website content maintain;


·        
Job posting handling;


·        
Manage contract process (centralized) from contract register to invoice;


·        
Internal database maintenance and information clean-up;


·        
Other ad-hoc commercial projects assigned by manager.

 

Qualifications


·        
2 years’ experience in customer service related area;


·        
Bachelor degree holder in any discipline;


·        
Good communication skills;


·        
Fluent in English;


·        
Computer literate;


·        
Team player with high social competence;


·        
Be able to finish tasks within timeline;


·        
Willing to learn, and quicker learner;


·        
Pay attention to details;


·        
Enjoy fast-pace working environment and able to work under pressure;


·        
Supportive mindset and willing to help.
