工作职责

与大中华区（香港、北京、上海、广州、中国台湾、新加坡等地区）高级顾问、顾问经理、及总监密切合作，分析职位需求、制定寻访计划，为客户公司寻找合适的候选人。

本科及以上学历，专业不限；

熟练的英文读、写能力，听、说能力优秀者、英语六级优先；

·        
熟练广东话（或广东话为母语）优先；

·        
有电话营销/电话寻访/人事招聘经验者优先；

·        
积极主动、性格开朗、乐观、热情，高效的沟通能力及良好的应变能力，较强的学习能力；

·        
有较强的抗压能力，在团队协作中能独立胜任工作；

·        
熟练使用电脑；

·

With our business growth, we are looking for a group of young, energetic and committed people as the Researchers to join our big family.  We are well known as a “黄埔军校” in the recruitment industry in Asia. We commit to train our people to be the best they could be. We don’t require the experience but only those talents who are committed, working hard and persistent would make it in our organization.  The positions will be based in Guangzhou, China.

Responsibilities

Working closely with Recruitment Consultants/Managers/Directors, your primary focus will be on systematic searching and sourcing of appropriate talents for our clients.

Qualifications

·        
Degree holder in any discipline;

·        
The ability to read and write English is the MUST and oral English ability is a PLUS;

·        
Native Cantonese speaker is a PLUS;

·        
Experience in Tele-sales or Tele-research or Staffing will be a PLUS;

·        
Dynamic, ambitious, committed to success, inquisitive, analytical, organized, as well as effective communication skills;

·        
Team player while being able to work independently and under pressure;

·        
Computer literate;

·        
Welcome fresh University Graduates.

NOTE: Applicants with relevant experience will be considered as Senior Researcher / Research Specialist / Team Leader. New fresh university graduate students without working experience are welcome.
