Job Summary
Owtware software development team is looking for an excellent engineer for developing VDI products. Owtware's primary development platform is on the Linux operating system. We also develop components for Windows, Mac OS X, Linux ARM, iOS, Android and more. As an engineer of advanced technologies for the iConn, you will have the opportunity to have a major impact on Owtware's VDI products. This Job will require someone comfortable with being autonomous and willing to take responsibility for difficult problem tasks.
Key Qualifications
- A deep understanding of networking protocols and how to leverage them is plus.
- Understanding advanced programming concepts such as multi-threading, eventing, concurrency, synchronization, and asynchronous messaging are regularly employed.
- You can use high-level data modeling, transformation, data-driven user interfaces, indexing services, object-relational data services, no-SQL data stores, big-data management, and many more cutting edge building blocks in our products and solutions.
- A strong software development background. Deep understanding on data structure and algorithm. You are good at aspect of coding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent judgment , a self-directed, proactive approach to tacking problems and working through impediment and an ability to generate trust and build alliances with co-workers.
Description
Work cooperatively with other parts of Owtware to develop new functions and improve system performance while preserving ease-of-use and increasing the quality of end-user experience.
We develop primarily using the C , PHP, and JavaScript programming languages. While proven experience with these languages and associated frameworks and libraries is important, it is not required. We believe that mastery of core computer science principles, algorithms, and practices is the cornerstone of great software and successful products and the most important part of a developer's experience and value.The most important traits for successful applicants is a passion for technology, an ability to learn new technology, independent thinking, an insatiable curiosity for how things work, and a strong desire to achieve results.
Education
BS/MS/PHD in Computer Science or equivalent experience/skills
Additional Requirements
- Master in C/C , Javascript, PHP
- Strong design and architecture ability
- Familiar with Windows, Linus X86/64 operating system
- Familiar with Network configurations and environments
- Good Enlish listening and speaking ablility
- Have some experience of IOS or Android platform experience
