科德宝•宝翎-过滤技术事业部介绍

l  成立于一九九八年，Viledon和micronAir是过滤部拥有的两大商标. Viledon 系列产品包括过滤棉、板式过滤器、袋式过滤器和盒式过滤器。micronAir 滤清器是专为汽车空调开发的过滤器，该产品以无纺布为基材，设计符合各种汽车内部空间结构，与车体加热、通风和空调系统浑然一体，捕捉和吸附进气中的灰尘和异味，可使汽车内部环境保持清洁和舒适。公司目前可提供两类汽车滤清器：微粒滤清器和双效活性碳滤清器。

l  2004年，德国科德宝集团、日本宝翎有限公司与长春汽车滤清器有限公司合资成立长春科德宝.宝翎滤清器有限公司，并于2005年迁入长春经济技术开发区的新厂区。新公司投资总额2000万美元，占地面积40000多平方米，主要生产和销售汽车发动机空气滤清器和空调滤清器等过滤产品，公司经过两次技术改造和设备引进，已具备年产170万只空滤芯、50万只活性碳滤芯和50万只空滤器总成的生产能力。

l  2009年10月公司投资建设第五期厂房，主要用作过滤器的制造业务。

l  2012年1月，日本宝翎公司和德国Beteiligungs GmbH 过滤器公司合股（各50%）将在四川成立科德宝·宝翎过滤器（成都）有限公司。新公司主要从事中国四川的汽车和工业过滤器的制造和销售，开始主要生产和加工引擎通风过滤系统，引擎通风过滤元件和汽车空气过滤器，主要运用于中国中部的制造业，随后将启动工业过滤器加工业务。

Production  Assistant

Requirement：

1.undergraduate or above

本科及以上学历

2.Proficient in computer skill

电脑操作熟练

3.Fluent in English

英语熟练

4.Good team work spirit;high sense of responsibility;honest and upright

Responsibility :

1.Inputing basic data of production system.

在系统中输入基础数据

2.collecting and summarizing figures for daily report

收集及整理每日报告的数据

3.Maintaining basic data of SAP

维护SAP系统的基础数据

4.Implementing planning work order

完成计划任务

5.Other tasks arranged by supervisor.

IE Engineer Intern

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree with IE or mechanical or related;
-At least 3 years relevant working experience as Industrial Engineer;
-Have good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing Concept;
-Experience in Automotive industry will be an added advantage
-Able to communicate well in English (Spoken/Written/Listen) and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

-Take part in/support the lean production deployment.
-Involve/take part in standardization of the manufacturing process and management process
-Study, support and initiate the continuous improvement regarding the efficiency improving, wastage reduction and so on.
-Support continuous improvement projects as related to: Cycle Times & Line Balance, Methods, and Ergonomics.
-Capacity control: Monitor the manufacturing, logistics and ensure machine cycle time match the Takt times and so on.
-To optimize the layout, balance the machine, people and process, make OEE improvement proposal.
-Define Layout Planning (Include Process, Raw Material, WIP and FG Flow)

-Take part in problem solving including manufacturing process, bottleneck management and quality
