中广资本，公司原名上海中广信息传播咨询有限公司，于1996年5月设立，于1998年取得中国证监会颁发的“证券投资咨询业务资格”。2013年12月公司完成迁址工作，注册地由上海市迁往广东省深圳市，同时公司更名为 “中广资本”。

Assistant Investment Manager (ECM) - Investment Banking

Location: Shenzhen

Responsibilities:

1.     required to build strong working relationships with ECM professionals and fund managers through effective deal structuring and negotiation;

2.     required to develop a book of business and build relationships with referral partners for the investment bank;

3.     Sector and client research from multiple sources;

4.     Close collaboration with internal team member and external partners to ensure smooth execution and follow through;

5.     involving in Equity Capital Market (ECM) works, underwriting, placing, arranging road shows and performing due diligence works;

Requirement:

1.     Prefer Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics or Finance or equivalent;

2.     Prefer being existing license representative under China SRC regulated activities of dealing securities;

3.     Prior financial Industry working experience will be an advantage (Prefer : ECM/direct investment/investment banking/corporate finance/advisory work execution/IPO documentation execution)，newly graduates welcome to apply;

4.     Able to communicate complicated thoughts / ideas;

5.     Demonstrated hardworking, attention to detail, ability to work in teams and a commitment to excellence and willing to travel;

6.     Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must.

见习投资经理

职责

1．  通过与资本市场专业人士及基金经理有效的合作和协商，建立牢固可靠的合作关系

2．  能与证券公司等机构合作，开展投资银行业务; 

3．  能从多种渠道收集资料，对特定项目及行业开展研究和分析; 

4．  与内部团队成员和外部合作伙伴密切合作，以确保投资计划顺利执行和贯彻; 

5．  参与权益资本市场（ECM）的产品，包销，配售，安排路演及执行尽职调查工作; 

要求

1．  拥有大学本科学历，会计学，经济学或财务或同等学历; 

2．  拥有中国证券从业资格; 

3．   金融行业工作经验（倾向于：ECM/直接投资/投资银行/企业金融/咨询工作的执行/ IPO文件执行），欢迎大学毕业生申请; 

4．  能够以文字准确地表述复杂想法/观点; 

5．  勤奋，注重细节，团队合作能力和卓越，愿意出差; 

6．  有良好的中英文书写功底及基本英语口语能力。
