Journal of Integrative Plant Biology (JIPB,《植物学报》英文版)是由中国科学院主管、中国植物学会和中国科学院植物研究所共同主办的植物学综合性学术期刊，英文月刊，由Wiley-Blackwell出版。因工作需要，JIPB拟招聘一名英文编辑。

五、岗位职责：
1.负责起草或修改相关宣传材料或信件以及网站新闻；
2.负责与编委联系及对外宣传工作；
3.作为责任编辑处理稿件和出版专辑等。
六、招聘条件：
1.具有生物学相关的博士学位；若英语为母语，具有学士学位即可；
2.专业的英文写作和流利的口语交流能力；
3.具有国际出版集团三年以上工作经历；或在官方语言为英语的国家学习或工作三年以上；
4.具有一定科技期刊写作、编辑或市场发行经验；
5.满足植物所应聘岗位的其他聘任条件。

Journal of Integrative Plant Biology Recruitment Notice: Communications Manager
The Journal of Integrative Plant Biology (JIPB) is a monthly plant biology journal that reports scientific discoveries by using integrative genetic, chemical, cell and molecular biological approaches. As one of the leading Wiley-Blackwell journals, JIPB is available in over 14,300 libraries worldwide and indexed by 67 databases such as SCI, PubMed, Google Scholar, CA, BA and BIOSIS (ww***net[点击查看]). We are currently looking for a Communications Manager to work in the Editorial Office under the supervision of the Chief Editor and the Editorial Board to promote the journal in the plant science community and to facilitate the communication between the Editorial Board, the Reviewers, the Authors, the Publisher and the Editorial Office. Annual salary will depend on qualifications. The position is available from 18 March, 2014, until filled.
Main responsibilities:
In charge of drafting editorials and publicity materials;
In charge of the English polishing of all web materials, letters and templates;
In charge of basic language quality check for all manuscripts;
Participate in the manuscript processing and special issue publication.
Qualifications:
A native English speaker with at least BSc degree in a biology-related area; Or non-native English speaker with at least PhD degree or equivalent in a biology-related area;
Professional English writing skills and fluent oral English;
Over three years working experience in scientific publishing or 3 or more years research experience in an English-speaking laboratory;
Experienced in writing, editing or marketing of scientific journals.
