Customer Service Operator
Job Descriptions:
-Coordinate with MOLIP on AMS issue for TP trade before vessel ETD
-Finish booking lock in time after vessel ATD
-Arrange vessel/shipment data transferred to overseas offices and local Customs in time after vessel ATD
-Answer customer inquiry fm external and/or Internal on booking info; and inform overseas offices and local customers cargo movement information
Job Requirements:
-College graduate or above
-Shipping industry and international trade experience is preferred
-Basic knowledge of international trade
-CET-4, good command of both oral and written English
-Have a high sense of responsibility, can work diligently under high pressure, willing to work overtime during peak season.
Documentation Operator
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate with documentation center on AMS issue for TP trade before vessel ETD.
- Finish booking lock in time after vessel ATD.
- Arrange vessel/shipment data transferred to overseas offices and local Customs in time after vessel ATD.
- Issue/distribute B/L accurately and timely.
- Arrange B/L telex release and B/L switch.
- Issue C/A and documentation amendment if necessary; and inform relevant parties.
- Deal with inquiry on bill issue with documentation center, Sales
Job Requirements:
-College graduate or above
-Basic knowledge of international trade practice and shipping documents
-CET-4, good command of both oral and written English
-Can strictly follow instruction,patient and careful enough
-Have a high sense of responsibility, can work diligently under high pressure, willing to work overtime during peak season.
