Position: IT LAN Intern Headcount: 1 Location: Shanghai

1. |
Scope: Provide data that describes or measures the position’s scope and impact on the business. Limit the data to those areas which the position/role influences or impacts in a measurable way, e.g., expense, budget, output measures, quantity, quality, headcount responsibility (direct and/or indirect).

· Maintain LAN/WAN connections to provide stable, dependable network services.
· Coordinate installation of computer hardware and telecommunication equipments.
· Implementation of company’s IT standards and policies.
· Provide user training on the use of computer, email system and remote access.
· Setup and support the operation of servers and network printers.
· Provide support to end user to resolve system issues.
· Document and manage system change requirements for new business development or operation improvement.
· Maintain system documentation and process flow.
· Administrate the user security of the application system.
· Perform PC health check and update IT asset records.

Knowledge and Experience: Briefly describe the knowledge, skills, demonstrated behaviors and experience required for entry into the position/role. |
· Good communication skill with ability to communicate in both Chinese and English
· Good technical knowledge on IT (PC Client support, Networking, Email –MS Exchange, File Server administration, SQL server experience, Remote access support, Sharepoint, SCCM, Cisco switches, Telepresence, Wifi)
· Problem solving skills.
· Ability to diagnose and rectify computer hardware and software, network and printer problems.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with different level of system users and service providers
· University graduate with major in computer science
· Experience to work with different level of users and to understand and diagnosis the cause of IT issues experienced by the users.
· Paper industry experience and sharepoint development experience will be an advantage.
