Talent Intelligence Analytics Internship - 729961
Responsibilities
- In this position, you will be reporting to the manager of Talent Intelligence and Analytics team, working closely with Talent advisors and HR functions. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Owning a cross-team process, tool or project, including defining, executing, measuring and improving it to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
Participating and owning parts of talent market data collection, data processing and data analysis.
- Participating and owning parts of labor market intelligence analysis projects which will help the HR organization better understand local and regional hiring trends
- Working as part of a global team, which requires attending night hours' meetings once a week.
- Candidate must be on track to obtain a BS/MS degree. A degree in Industrial engineering or Statistics is a plus
- Candidate should have good team work ability and communication skills
English writing and speaking proficiency is a must
- Candidate must be able to work at least 3 full days a week, for a minimum of 9 months
- Candidate should be able to demonstrate strong data analytical skills, problem solving and methodological thinking
- Candidate should be eager to take on challenges and complete tasks within given timelines, be self-motivated and independent.
- Candidate should have good web-search capabilities and experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
