Position: Researcher Trainee 猎头管理培训生 Location Chengdu HC 30 Major Task 1. Research Industries: Become familiar with industries and companies. 2. Research Companies: Create target companies lists. 3. Research and structure companies. 4. Create executive summaries to outline overall company. 5. Research Candidates: Conduct search and pre-screening to identify potential candidates for searches. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct the pro-active search as to different functions. 2. Set target list for each case including corporation information for the special industries. 3. Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find the potential candidates. 4. Arrange face to face interview between candidates. 5. Conduct the telephone screening according to recruitment requirements. 6. Be responsible for conducting paper work. 7. Data entry and maintain database. 8. Fresh graduates or 1 year work experience, in foreign company is preferred. 3. Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, stable and diligent. 4. Open-minded, good analysis, communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Comfortable on the phone and like to make cold calls. 6. Able to work under pressure, optimistic and passionate, smart and willing to learn. 7. Strong business sense and information collecting skills. 8. Good priority management skill as well as time management skill and having ability in self-management. 9. Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy.
