英格索兰 HR Intern
Responsibilities:
(1) Under talent management manager's instruction to Lead the process of hiring new employees and initiative interviews;
(2) Independently in charge of Campus Recruitment To screen and download CVs To make phone calls to invite for a series of interviews To communicate with HR and seniors and arrange interviews according to their schedule To book meeting room by use of online system To make bi-weekly report to summary recruitment progress;
(3) Update HR report and interview arrangement
Requirement:
(1) Bachelor and Master students;
(2) Good Excel ability(V-lookup and PivotTable);
(3) Good English communication skills;
(4) 4 working days each week at least;
(5) Careful, hardworking and cautious working attitude.
