岗位描述
1. 在上海贝尔各网络优化现场（包括GSM/WCDMA/LTE），储备担任现场TL角色，负责RF优化和网管指标优化工作；
2. 负责管理测试数据采集、测试数据分析等RF优化工作；
3. 负责管理网管数据采集、网管指标分析等网管指标优化工作；
4. 负责与现场用户进行一些技术业务沟通及协调工作；
5. 负责现场一些专项测试及指标提升工作。
基本要求
1、应届毕业生,通讯工程专业（或电子信息工程专业）本科以上学历，具有移动通信网络（GSM/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/LTE）网络规划、优化实践经验者优先；
2、了解GSM/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/LTE的原理和主要功能、通信过程中的主要信令流程等知识；
3、掌握相关测试工具（TEMS、鼎利、CDS等）和地图软件（mapinfo）优先；
4、具备VB, C,C , Visio 编程能力及数据库使用基本技能优先；
5、具有强烈的团队精神、较强的用户沟通能力、踏实认真的工作态度、能承一定的工作压力；
6、具有一定英语沟通能力，要求CET4级以上。
Job Title：Network Optimization Engineer
Job Description:
1. Reserves as on-site TL at Alcatel network optimization site，Responsible for the RF optimization and optimization of network management indicators;
2. Responsible for managing test data collection, data analysis and other RF optimization test work;
3. Responsible for managing network data collection, network KPI analysis, and other network management indicators optimization;
4. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with work users on site;
5. Responsible for improving some special tests and KPI on site.
Qualifications:
1、Graduates, communications Engineering (or electronic information engineering) Bachelor degree or above. Mobile communication network (GSM / TD-SCDMA / WCDMA / LTE) network planning, optimization work experience is preferred;
2、Familiar with GSM/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/LTE theory and main signaling process;
3、Acquire the relevant test tools (TEMS, Dingli, CDS, etc.) and mapping software (mapinfo);
4、With the ability of VB, C, C , Visio and database programming skills;
5、Strong team spirit and communication skills, practical and serious working attitude, able to work under pressure;
6、English skill: CET4 or above.
