职位说明：
-汇报对象为高级销售经理(非常职业化跟nice的香港人，可以学到很多东西）
-与售前、解决方案、售后、IT服务集成商等密切合作，完成成功的项目销售
-拥有与理光中国香港、理光日本及中国地区其他城市同事共同合作完成跨区项目的机会
-拥有与行业内领先客户近距离接触的机会，所有客户都是行业内顶尖企业
-享受所有产品线及行业知识、销售技巧的培训
-完成所分配区域和行业内的新客户拓展工作
-完成客户陌生拜访、现场考察、销售方案演讲、客户关系维护，以完成销售目标
-准备销售方案、报价、项目管理计划、工作说明书、合同等供客户参考
-在规定系统中详细记录销售工作、控制销售风险，如客户货款逾期等
要求：
-本科以上学历，商科优先考虑
-重点大学2013届毕业生优先考虑
-英语及广东话必须流利或日语流利(英语和广东话不限)
-独立思考、凡事尽力、具有团队精神
-成功的强烈欲望

Position: Key Account Manager
Job Descriptions:
-Report directly to senior sales manager and department head
-Work closely with sales support, solution design, customer service and ITS vendors to ensure the successful sales activities
-Will have the opportunity to work with Ricoh talents from Hong Kong, Japan and other regions in China to achieve inter-region projects
-Will have the experience to work with top companies in all industries
-Will be trained with sound knowledge of all product lines and direct sales techniques
-Develop new customers in regions and industries assigned
-Perform customer cold calls, site visits, presentations, customer relationship maintenance to accomplish sales target
-Prepare sales proposals, quotation, project plans,statement of work and contracts for customers'review
-Record sales actions clearly and mitigate sales risks such as customer payment overdue.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or above, business related majors are preferred
-Graduates in Year 2013 from top universities are preferred
-Fluent English & Cantonese is a must. Japanese speakers are also welcomed
-Independent self-starter and good team player
-Strong motivation to succeed
-Problem solver and strong inter-personal skills
This position is hired by Ricoh. Company culture is quite open, innovative and fair.Most of your future team mates are less than 30 yrs old. However, you have to work really hard at the very beginning since this is not an easy job for fresh graduates.
