      艾默生小锤子项目是一个为期五个月的新工程师培养计划，应聘成功者会在公司内进行五个月的培训，轮岗以及完成项目的学习，五个月后，根据公司的职位情况进行分配到具体部门。

      要求：学习能力强，沟通顺畅，英语优秀的自动化，机械或材料等工科类学生。

Emerson’s Little Hammer program is an accelerated development program for newly engineer graduates. In this 5 month program, you will experience the following:

-          Global business practices from a Fortune 500 company

-          Mentoring from designed Emerson leader

-          Emerson’s global training program for soft and technical skills

-          Knowledge of leading product technology and production methodologies

-          Jobs and projects in various functions on a rotation basis

-          Intensive final project and presentation that applies everything you’ve learned

After successful completion of the Little Hammer program, candidates will have first opportunity to seek open positions within our company.
