    Beacon Marketing Solution (BMS) is a professional, efficient, international, young & small but competitive marketing agency. 

    We mainly serve the private banking & credit card centers of the big banks, such as China UnionPay, MasterCard, BOC, CCB, Bank of Communications, Ping An Bank, Citic Bank etc. 

    Our consulting service includes Acquisition, Activation, Usage & Retention, Contractual Merchants, Mail Orders, Co-Branding Events, CRM loyalty program etc, which cover the whole chain in CRM ring.

3  Key Duty

  3.1 Position:Merchant Management Trainee
Key Duty
1- Cold calls for sales leads acquisition.
2- Compose the proposal/ script, and documents composition for merchant brands.
3- Presentation for merchants to bargain & negotiate for the offers & privileges.
4- Maintain tight relationship with all merchants (send greeting emails & calls with clients every month.) merchants: hotels, restaurants, 
5- Finish the Sales quota as requirement by Quarter/Year.
6- Establish the merchants club.
Work Proportion: 
60% :cold call, presentation, communication & sales relative jobs.
20% : proposal planning & composition jobs.
20%: team management & database & CRM jobs. 
Requirements:
1-Rich presentation experience in the Debate clubs or Student union.
2-Proficient English: CET-6 (500+) or IELTS (6.0+) or TOFEL (90+). 
3-Internship/project experience or major in marketing & sales or management is necessary. 
4-Confident looking & nice shape. Male (174cm+), Female(164cm+)
5-Overseas Study experience is preferred. 
6-Out-going & easy-going character. 
7-Result oriented. No excuse but result, no more talking but working.
8-Enjoy working in consulting, advertising & PR industry.

  3.2Position: Account Management Trainee
Key Duty:

5- Finish the Sales quota as requirement by Quarter/Year.

20% : proposal planning & composition jobs.
20%: team management & database & CRM jobs. 

Requirements:

 3.3 Position: Marketing Management Trainee

Key Duty:
1-Marketing research and analysis for the company and the industry. 
2-VIS set up & maintain the brand image.
3-Maintain the relationship with the key accounts by greeting dinning and events.
4-Set the loyalty program & establish the client clubs.
5-Observe the media & manage the media relationship.
6-Marketing communication set up & management (website, wechat, sms, e-newsletter. )
7-Graphic design, copy writing, production process & management.
8-Manage & push the sales team to achieve the sales quota.
P.S. It is really a high pressure job with hi-frequent OT works.
Work Proportion: 
40% :presentation, communication & sales relative jobs.
40% : copy writing, design & planning relative jobs.(Clubs, Wechat, Website, Mar-Com jobs)
20%: team management & market research reports. 
Requirements:
1-Rich presentation experience in the Debate clubs or Student union.
2-Proficient English: CET-6 (500+) or IELTS (6.0+) or TOFEL (90+). 
3-Confident looking & nice shape. Male (174cm+), Female(164cm+)
4-Design, Marketing, Planning, PR or Communication relative Major background is a must.
5-Internship/project experience communications, design and marketing is a must.
6-6 months+ internship experience in the enterprise, NGP, NPO or other society organizations. 
7-Overseas Study experience is preferred. 
8-Out-going & easy-going character. 
9-Detail & Result oriented. No excuse but result, no more talking but working.
10-Enjoy working in consulting, advertising & PR industry. 
      

   3.4Position：Project Management Trainee

Key Duty:
1-Market research & analyze for our service and products. 
2-Compose the proposal/ script/ creative briefing for the account & merchant managers to negotiate with the clients.
3-Graphic design, copy writing, production process planning.
4-Manage the vendors to accomplish the production on time. 
5-Coordinate with the banks & merchants to finish the project on time multilaterally.
6-Project SOP setting, quality control, performance management.
7-Train the team for project liaison & management.
8-Database planning, management, update, maintain.
Work Proportion: 
50% : copy writing, proposal planning, SOP & rules setting.
40% : liaison jobs & managing the vendors & staff to finish the project on time. 
10%: team management & project reports. 
Requirements:
1-Rich team or project management experience in Student societies.
2-Proficient in English: CET-6 (500+) or IELTS (6.0+) or TOFEL (90+). 
3-Major in Design, Marketing and management, Overseas study experience is highly preferred.
4-Detail & result oriented. Strong patience is must. Most of the project jobs are trifles.
5-Good at copy-writing, have sense to do the paper works.
6-Enjoy working in consulting, advertising & PR industry.
7-Team work. Can sacrifice to contribute for the team. Full-heart working for the team.
