铁岭先锋种子研究有限公司是杜邦先锋在中国设立的外商独资企业，在北京顺义、辽宁铁岭、河南新乡、山东济南，吉林长春，山西太原及海南都设有研究站。公司成立于1998年4月，主要从事农作物和粮食产品及相关技术的培育、筛选、亲本测试、评价和其它研究活动；提供相关服务；授予第三方种子和相关技术的使用权等。目前公司主要致力于研究和培育适合中国玉米产区的高产、优质的玉米新品种，为公司的市场开发和销售业务奠定基础。     随着公司业务的不断壮大，我们对人才的需求也与日俱增。目前，在太原研究站，我们急需招聘育种助理（1名），工作地点是在山西晋中榆次区。     联系人：刘馨     请学生发送简历至: sammy.liu@ Job Title   Research Associate 研究助理 Functional Unit Tieling Pioneer Seed Research Co., Ltd.铁岭先锋种子研究有限公司 Position Type Full-Time Regular 全职正式员工 Position Reports to Research Associate 研究助理 Location Shanxi山西 Duties/Responsibilities:   工作职责 1.  Breeding nursery management 育种管理 Assist the research manager in nursery design and coordination to prepare all the nursery seeds 协助研究经理制定育种计划和协调准备所有的种子 Organize planting teams and realize the nursery plantings in high quality 有效组织播种队伍，提高播种质量 Supervise the seedling thinning, density control and other field management practices 监督间苗，密度控制和其他田间管理措施 Organize and coordinate pollination works 组织协调授粉相关工作 Organize and coordinate for nursery harvest, ear drying and shelling 组织协调收获，烘干和脱粒等工作  2. Daily management of the office facility 办公室设备的日常管理 Assist the research manager in managing the facility office, including safety guard, facility environment and daily business 协助研究经理管理办公设施，包括安全防护设施，环境和日常业务 Manage the storeroom including the room organizing, tools and consumable input and output records 管理仓库包括仓库空间的安排，工具和耗材的输入和输出的记录 Make the purchasing requisition for the daily needs including machines and consumable 日常采购需要，包括机器和耗材的采购  3. Maintenance of agricultural machine and company car 田间机械和公司车辆的维护 Understand the basic mechanical principle and do the simple daily maintenance for the machines 了解机械的基本原理和日常维护 Report the monthly review of the company car and organize the regular maintenance for the machines 公司车辆的月度审核报告和定期维修机器 4. Yield Trial and Testing 田间产量实验 Take part in the planting and harvesting. Can drive the tractor and combine 参加播种和收获工作，主要是驾驶拖拉机、联合收割机 Take part in the data collection for the yield trial 参与田间试验中的数据收集   Germplasm maintenance  种质资源维护 Maintain all the harvest materials in a safe condition to prevent from being lost and damage 保证所有收获的材料在安全的环境中以防止丢失或损坏 Keep the seeds in clear order and categories 保证种子正确有序地摆放 Make clear record of the seed inventory and move-in/out 跟踪种子库存，记录种子入库及出库情况   6.  Safety management 安全管理 Be responsible for implementing necessary measures to prevent the farm, warehouse, etc. from all kinds of safety risks. 采取必要的措施防止农场、仓库的各种安全隐患 Be responsible for stipulating the company safety roles when leading laborers teams off-farm sites 组织劳务人员在农场以外区域工作时，坚持公司的安全准则 Protect the company internal information and germplasm 保护公司内部信息和种质资源   Educational qualifications:    教育资质和经验：   Master or Bachelor Degree on plant genetic and breeding preferably in corn breeding 本科或研究生学历，作物育种、农学或遗传学方向；有玉米育种或遗传学经验者优先考虑   Competencies： 能力要求： At least 2 years working experience in plant breeding and agricultural industry 至少2年育种或农业行业工作经验 Good written English communication skills 良好英语书写沟通能力 Well-organized with high attention to details 组织协调能力强；关注细节 Very good computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint 计算机技能，特别是Word、Excel、PPT Good team player and strong sense of professionalism 良好的团队精神和高度的敬业精神 Analytical skill and conceptual thinking 分析和思考能力 Strong commitment and intensive passion at work 具有高度工作责任感和工作热情 Competent with heavy workload and Result-oriented 能够应对高强度工作量；结果导向
