PURPOSE OF POSITION岗位目标:
To develop, implement and maintain quality systems, lead continuous improvement activities pertaining to quality, facilitate 8D''s and APQP activities, and provide statistical support to the team.
发展，执行，维护质量体系，领导持续改进活动，完善8D和APQP，为团队提供数据统计的支持。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:
1. Lead: Assisting/champion the development and implementation of Quality Systems including Control Plans, Measurement Systems Analysis, Instructions, FEMA''s, DOE and management system documents and procedures.
领导：协助/支持质量体系的发展和执行，包括控制计划，测量体系分析，指导书，FEMA，DOE以及体系文件和流程的管理
• Manage measurement issues including gauge design and methods, and production GR&R approval/analysis.
管理测量事宜，包括检具设计和方法，生产GR&R审批/分析
• Pursuing resolution of internal and external quality issues.
为内外部质量事宜寻求解决方法
• Be involved in the process of the measurement of parts on lab and layout equipment.
负责在实验室或使用检测设备进行产品的测量
• Analyze data and information from various information sources as a resource for problem resolution to provide accurate information based on team decisions.

• Involved in requested layout support, reviewing data, following tooling progressions and changes.

• PPAP preparation and submission, Product Engineering, Engineering changes, run at rate.

2. Communication: Act as the liaison, when required, between the customer and plant team to ensure that issues are resolved with mutual consent and satisfaction.

• Facilitate discussions and actively participate in APQP process.在APQP过程中进行讨论和积极的参与
• Work with suppliers in a supplier development capacity.与供应商一起发掘供应商的能力
• Providing necessary information to facilitate team decisions提供必要的信息来完成团队决策
• Ensuring that customer concerns are properly dealt with (8D''s, etc.).确保客户问题得到妥善解决（8D等等）
• Promoting the implementation and effective use of quality systems and techniques including management system documents and procedures .

• Negotiate corrective action plans, ensure appropriate action is taken, and document.

• Possibility of International travel. 可以进行国外出差
• Training: Training / reinforcing team members in quality systems and procedures.

• Encouraging use and understanding of the quality tools and systems in production including SPC and 8D''s.

• Work with the team to ensure all plant goals are met, promoting customer satisfaction

3. Documentation: Analyzing, documenting and reporting issues of customer returns.

• Interfacing with the customer to maintain a full and accurate information flow.

• Other duties as required, including special projects as they arise.

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION技能、经验，教育背景:
• Be familiar with GD&T, can read the drawing of casting熟悉形位公差，会看铸件图纸
• Good written and verbal communication, time management, team problem solving, and computer skills良好的书面和口语交流能力，时间管理能力，团队问题解决能力以及电脑技能
• Knowledge of quality related equipment is an asset了解质量相关设备
• Able to work independently and as part of the plant team能够独立工作和团队工作
• Knowledge of company policies & procedures. 了解公司政策和流程
• Working towards obtaining a Quality Engineer certificate (or equivalent) 获取质量工程师证书（或同等证书）
• Quality Technician / Quality Engineer Designation 质量技术员/质量工程师的工作委派
PHYSICAL CONDITIONS OF JOB实际工作条件:
• Work in office and plant environment办公室和工厂环境
• Some travel expected. 需要一些出差
