MO Officer - Cross Product Services HBCN
(Indicative Grade: Band 7; No. of Vacancy: 1; Location: Shanghai)
Job Duties:
1. Perform documentation checking on new Markets customer onboard and subsequently system maintenance in various internal Bank systems;
2. Conduct customer contact information validation independently, continue ongoing review and timely update relevant customer record maintained in systems, e.g. address, contact information etc.;
3. Perform system standing data maintenance e.g. Markets TREATS standing data table maintenance, Board Rates etc.;
4. Prepare various customer MI report on business request & ensure audit confirmation;
5. Set up SSIs/SDIs for Markets customers in Bank systems;
6. Back up on cash-flow monitory
Job Requirements:
· University graduate or above
· Excellent interpersonal skills, easy-going character and self-motivated
· Proficient in both spoken and written English with good communication skills
· Quick learner with strong sense of job responsibility
· Result oriented, detail-orientated and be able to work independently with less supervision
· A good team player and be able to adopt to a fast paced working environment
