IT System Administrator (China)
You will join an international team of young & motivated IT'ers. Based in our China office you will have responsibilities as an IT system administrator.
Responsibilities:
- maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
- diagnosing and resolving hardware, software & network problems related to company's ICT infrastructure
- performing data backups, recovery and migration operations
- providing support to company users in troubleshooting and resolving hardware & software issues for company servers, workstations and laptops
- maintenance and inventory of all company ICT assets including workstations, laptops, servers, systems and network & storage equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate ICT hardware/software requisition
Requirements:
- an IT-related MS/BS degree or at least equivalent professional certificate is required
- At least 3 years working experience in Microsoft Active Directory environment
- Hands on experience on AD system administration and Microsoft Exchange 2010
- Experience in providing client support - Laptops, desktops, printers tec. (based on Windows OS)
- Knowledge in computer hardware
- Knowledge of basic networking. (TCP/IP)
- Experience in VMware/Microsoft HyperV is an added advantage
- Proficient in English speaking, writing and reading
- Strong troubleshooting skills: ability to diagnose the cause of problems in a complex environment and to provide effective solutions quickly
- Able to work independent, yet being a good team player who is motivated and eager to learn and implement new technologies
